In order to gain valuable qualitative and quantitative data, and user feedback I have devised a testing plan.
Participants were sourced to match the personas devised.
Before taking part in the user test, participants will be asked to complete a screening questionnaire:
The test is designed to see what impact (if any) each stage of the test will have on the participants. I will measure this asking each participant to pick a snack from a selection, then asking how much they want the snack after each ‘stage’ of the app, this will be measured using a 7 point Likert scale.
Finally, a post-test questionnaire will be completed by the participants in order to rank the app on it’s appearance, functionality and effectiveness.
